Got it done. I ended up using the old flange for a few reasons. One, it is more low profile and provides more clearance to the nipple on my raw water...

Has anyone added a bulkhead to a 1990-1999 Mackinaw 260? I'm in the market for one of these boats and wonder what it would take to add the bulkhead....
