      That barn construction goes back to Mid 1800's.

      There was an old stone in the barn back wall that was etched with either 1871 or 1891, face was worn and couldn't tell for sure if it was a 7 or 9, saw it over 25 yrs ago, the stone was removed and lost when some repair work was done before the barn became ours 3 yrs ago. After working in or on that barn since it was bought by family in '93 I still stop just to admire the beam work and imagine how it was built.

        Karen, I also appreciate the older craftsmanship. Love the barn pictures. Brings back memories. T-Bone, what is a better picture than children enjoying the water and a gorgeous boat
