Anyone have a tip for installing these. They are extremely hard to get over the fittings.

Used a heat gun and some dish soap. I needed some hose for a different boat and bought some at my supply house. Different brand than I'm used to, but it went on easy. Actually, so easy that it was like loose. It tightened up nice with the clamps.1988 26' cuddy

I used the boat soap that I happened to have on-board when I was adjusting my hoses. Didn't get very far that day because the soap mixed with some water in the freshly painted bilge and made everything slippery. I could not get any footing it was so slippery. I have since had success with the boat soap.Comment
