Very nice job Damon! Over the years I have probably gone through three or four 54" x 96" sheets of starboard in various thicknesses on many boating projects. It is a fantastic material to work with. It cuts easily and holds screws tight! The best part is when you have finished fabricating you are done! No finishing and easy maintenance.

Very nice. I too like and use Starboard. The only thing I don't like is the cost.

I just did a bath seat in HDPE aka generic Starboard and when I ordered it, I was expecting the stipple finish of Starboard but got a very smooth glassy finish. Even easier to clean.
