I'm sick to my stomach for you.... But if anyone is suited to fix this it's you! Aside from a bent bow rail, detached swim platform and trim tab, don't see anything too structural. Hope this assessment is correct.

Oh crap! Good thing you know a guy...

Last weekend, I stripped a 7/16 coupler bolt while installing the shaft, you know, when the nut spins on the bolt and the next step is the drill followed by a cutoff wheel because the transmission flange is so close to the case that the headless bolt won't come out. After seeing your pictures I feel silly for being upset about it.

If anyone can make this right, I'm sure it is you.

Right now I'm just concerned with getting it back on the stands and blocks. Swim platform is trash, I'll make a new one. Might be able to salvage the trim tab. Don't know about the bow rail . I have another or maybe go without. Maybe try jacking it back. Anything can be fixed BUT , when is it time to call it quits ? Have almost all of the parts for the stroker.

Wow sorry to see her sitting like that but honestly relieved when I saw it was a boat damaged and not you! I'm sure you can get her straight again.

Sorry for the trouble with your boat but very happy you were not injured. Our boats can be fixed with some time and money but not as easily with our bodies. Stay well.

Hard to look at those pictures. While most boat people would run around like a chicken on fire, shamrocker minds turn straight to "how do I fix it."
I am sure you will have it back in no time.

Lesson for y'all. Stop trying to do everything by yourself. When you need help, get it. If something doesn't work right, fix it. If you're "pretty" sure that you can't do it by yourself, that it won't work, don't try.
I'll get it back on blocks and fixed but, it never should have happened.

Platform and brackets are toast as are both trim tab cylinders and tabs. Got that stuff off today. Makes it easy to clean and paint 1/2 the bottom.

I am curious how to raise and right her? Crane with a sling would be handy.

Looks like snorkel on the forkift. Probably couple of jacks here and there if I had to guess. As I like to say, He'll get it. Always does.
