Isn't that the boat on the boat lift on the right coming off the bridge into Cape Carteret?

I thought it was that boat. I see those things all the time going down the interstate but I've never actually seen one in the water running before. I figure the owners probably don't have any money for gas just like they probably don't have any furniture in their house.

No thanks...she can pass me doing 70...i will take my nice clean stern, the way a real boat is supposed to look. I have a hard time taking my carolina skiff out now that shamrock is in the water. I feel my shamrock give me dirty looks as i drive by.

Looks like 5 times the chance not to leave the dock when one goes bad. No thanks

I once saw that many outboards on a boat many years ago and everything including motors and hardware were painted gray, no shiny chrome anywhere. Wonder what kind of fish they were catching. A few weeks ago saw a 4-outboard boat at the fuel dock.... I've been on go-fast boats with lesser number of outboards but just not my style.

In their defense it is nice to get to Frying Pan tower in less than an hour. Per George B., Shamrocks are a purpose built boat. Guess these guided missiles are too!

What so you suppose those motors go for each? A new Evinrude 150 HD was in the low 20s, last time i looked. Insane!

A 350 merc is 27K per the internet. I found that when I was looking up the price of a 7 Marine engine -those are 79 to 90K . Check those out if you've never seen one. I cannot imagine the maintenance on having that much hardware hanging off the back.

The cheaper when you get the contractors pack. You should know that
