If it was copied word for word they could probably claim some version of copyright or material infringement if they pushed it... however if the original author gave someone permission to copy his work I don't think they could claim much... besides, I dont see how they could claim they had any material loss.

It would be an incredible job to even begin copying all of that information though.

Talked to Gail today. Nothing much to report. Teds spirits are good and I think he will be on the computer soon. Gail needs to go through all the folders that Ted has on the boat to determine what options are there. When she is ready to sell it, I told her that I and others would guide her and help in any way we could.

Talked to Gail. Nothing good to report. Ted will not get on the computer no matter how we plead. Gail reads this site but can't sign on. Will get her daughter to sign her up. They are moving to the Seattle area soon, so much to do. Sell the house and everything else. Gail is super woman. Has had 2 hips replaced and back surgery recently. Anyone want to know more specifics, PM or call to me.
Pat, you need to call Gail, she has some boat stuff for you.

News from Gail. They were living with their daughters family for the last 2 years as we all know. Son in law took a job in Seattle and Ted and Gail have moved into a place where Ted can get the care he needs. This will be until their daughter gets settled in on the left coast and then they will go there. Ted is the same and I think we have all come to realize that what it is , is the way it will be. Gail seemed less stressed and in good spirits.

As much as Gavin was responsible for this site, Ted was the heart and soul. Always think of him and Gail here at the get togethers. Big Ted, big smiles and big laugh all the time.
