I think my phone is going bad. That is a wild boar correct? The pixels on my phone are going bad. I'm too cheap to buy a new one

Thinking it is a pig. Chris, yes, the Croatan is full of wild pigs. Years ago a storm released many pot bellied, domestic and razorbacks into the Croatan National Forest. What we have now is an extremely ugly animal with no restrictions on hunting them. Other Chris, Angus, never thought about that.

To me, the shoulder is too thick relative to the length of the legs to be anything other than a pig.

I start to think about "how would I get it out of the woods?"

A quarter at a time on a tarp or tha'ts the way we did big anything. And if he was here, I'd have my grandsons do it.

Yeah, we used to bring deer back to the boat in the water but moose, that's another story. You don't want to shoot something that big in the water, even with a come-along it's a bitch getting it out of the water to dress.

I have 2 big strong grandsons that I hunt with. 1/4 it. Problem solved. Any ideas of a bait that might get him out in the daytime?

Wind drop apples, scrap veggies, and just about anything a domestic pig likes. Corn but softened. Dry, it has little smell to attack them. Sweet potatoes.

Those are also great sides to serve with pork.
