              It would work but I would not put this engine in a 20'er. Then again, I did have a 351 in my 20.

                I would. Quick out of the hole and max prop make for less fuel consumption.

                  351 in my 20 also. Got to stay on top of her anything above 22 knots, she likes to get a little unpredictable when up on the keel.

                      I have the GT40P on my 26. really don't notice any difference. Engine builder told me that I wouldn't. But they are better heads. I think they show up at top end.

                        The GT40 heads are much better than 1987 and older 302 heads but not that much better than 351w 4v heads with the 1.84" intake valves. The AFR 165cc or 185cc heads are significantly better than anything that Ford produced and will increase power throughout the power band.

                            bump.....Have a starter, high torque ARCO. Complete with mounts. If you can hook up hoses, 8 bolts and a plug, you're good to go.....
